KnowBe4, a human and AI risk management organisation, announced the appointment of Kelly Morgan as Chief Customer Officer. His role will involve directing KnowBe4's global lifecycle efforts and managing Customer Success, Customer Support, Managed Services, and Professional Services teams.

This appointment occurs amidst KnowBe4's expansion within the Human and AI Risk Management sector. Reporting to CEO Bryan Palma, Morgan will focus on delivering an outcomes-driven experience, underlining measurable risk reduction and long-term customer value.

Morgan's experience is extensive, previously serving as Chief Customer Officer at DocuSign, and holding similar roles at both Sykes and his own consultancy, Seven Two Seven.
