Altigen Technologies and Tollring join forces to enhance microsoft teams capabilities

Altigen has partnered with Tollring to deliver Analytics 365 call recording and call analytics for Microsoft Teams users in the North American market.

Altigen Technologies and Tollring have formed a partnership to deliver call analytics and recording solutions for Microsoft Teams users. The collaboration introduces Tollring’s Analytics 365 Call Recording and Call Analytics to organisations using Teams Phone.

As part of the agreement, Altigen will act as a distributor for Tollring in the North American market, enabling Operator Connect and Direct Routing providers to offer compliant call recording and AI-powered analytics. The solution is designed to be scalable, allowing partners to maintain ownership of their customer relationships.

Altigen’s enterprise customers and Teams Phone partners will also gain access to Tollring’s suite of tools, including compliant voice recording, AI-driven sentiment analysis and executive dashboards. These provide visibility across Microsoft Teams voice interactions, supporting insight into customer engagement, employee activity and operational trends, while helping organisations meet regulatory compliance requirements.

Features of Tollring’s platform include AI-driven sentiment analysis and business intelligence dashboards. These capabilities are intended to support organisations in sectors such as financial services, healthcare and the public sector, where Microsoft Teams is used at scale.

The partnership also reflects ongoing development of AI capabilities within Tollring’s product roadmap, with further enhancements planned for its analytics offerings.

Altigen and Tollring both operate within the telecommunications sector, and the partnership is intended to support delivery of conversation intelligence capabilities and enable partners to expand service offerings within the Microsoft Teams ecosystem.

Tony Martino, CEO of Tollring adds, “This is an excellent partnership as we expand our presence in North America. We are two companies with a deep heritage in the telecoms industry, both committed to evolving ahead of the market. Together, we are not only delivering conversation intelligence but also creating a powerful platform for partners to accelerate growth, enhance customer value, and stay ahead in an increasingly competitive Microsoft Teams ecosystem."

Arrow Electronics has received four awards in the Broadcom 2025 Partner Awards that recognise its performance across the security ecosystem.
