Integris expands global reach with acquisition

Integris has acquired First Focus to expand its MSP footprint and broaden services for SMB customers.

Integris, a provider of managed AI and IT services, has announced plans to acquire First Focus, a managed service provider (MSP) serving small and midsize businesses (SMBs) in Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines, subject to regulatory approval.

The acquisition is expected to expand Integris' geographic presence and its ability to deliver technology solutions to clients with cross-border requirements. It is also intended to support broader access to artificial intelligence capabilities across multiple regions.

The transaction brings together two MSPs, with First Focus providing managed IT services, cybersecurity, and AI-related services to customers in its operating regions.

The combination of the two organisations is expected to increase Integris' geographic reach and support its focus on cybersecurity and AI capabilities.

Following the acquisition, Integris is expected to expand its services for SMB customers operating across multiple regions, with an emphasis on delivering consistent support across locations.

First Focus will continue to operate under its existing leadership. Integration plans are expected to include coordination of operations, knowledge sharing, and maintaining continuity of services for customers and staff.
