Hexaware Technologies, a global IT solutions provider, has been appointed as an Anthropic Authorised Reseller for Amazon Bedrock. This status enables Hexaware to directly sell, integrate, and support Claude models for enterprise clients worldwide.

By integrating Claude into its offerings, Hexaware is aligning this with its AI-focused strategy and expanding its ability to support the AI lifecycle, including model access, customisation, and managed services. Claude, developed by Anthropic with an emphasis on safety and reliability, is designed for enterprise use cases. It is intended for complex applications across sectors such as financial services, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, and retail.

For Hexaware’s customers, this authorisation is associated with several capabilities:

  • Direct Access to Claude Models: Provides enterprise-grade access to Claude models, aimed at simplifying procurement and reducing time to deployment.
  • End-to-End AI Delivery: Hexaware integrates Claude with industry solutions and change management processes to support full AI deployments.
  • Responsible AI Controls: Combines Anthropic’s safety-focused models with Hexaware’s governance frameworks for deployment in regulated environments.
  • Customisation Options: Supports tailored implementations, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), custom prompts, and domain-specific tuning to improve relevance and performance.
  • Unified Commercial Structure: Offers consolidated billing, SLA-backed support, and defined accountability through a single engagement model.
  • Ongoing Updates: Enables access to updates and improvements as part of Hexaware’s delivery and support model.

Hexaware’s reseller status also supports deployment of Claude-based solutions in areas such as intelligent document processing, automated compliance, customer service applications, and related use cases. It also supports the use of AI within software development processes, private equity transformation activities, and cybersecurity initiatives.

In addition, Hexaware operates a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for AI to support strategy, architecture, and implementation across its global operations, with the aim of helping clients implement AI-based solutions.
