NinjaOne reports growth in FY2025, exceeding industry expectations with innovative solutions and strategic acquisitions.

NinjaOne has reported significant strides in its business operations throughout fiscal year 2025, showcasing growth in global demand for its Unified IT Operations Platform. 

Key Achievements in NinjaOne's Growth Journey:

  • Customer Base Expansion: The company experienced a surge in its customer base, increasing by over 60% on a year-over-year basis, now serving 35,000 customers across 140+ countries.
  • Revenue Milestone: NinjaOne attained over $500 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), marking a near 70% growth compared to the previous year.
  • Platform Enhancements: New features have been added, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) for MacOS and NinjaOne Remote. The platform has also advanced its capabilities by merging vulnerability and patch management functions.
  • Strategic Acquisition: The acquisition of Dropsuite, a provider of SaaS backup and data protection, allows NinjaOne to unify endpoint, server, and SaaS backup operations along with email archiving.
  • AI Solutions: The launch of Patch Intelligence AI aims to make patching more autonomous through AI-driven insights. This solution focuses on autonomously reducing risks, enhancing endpoint protection, and minimising manual IT labour.

NinjaOne's advances also extend to achieving FedRAMP, GovRAMP, and Texas-RAMP authorisations, facilitating easier IT modernisation for public sector organisations.

Further integrations with platforms like Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow are intended to support productivity and IT management for organisations. Such enhancements have earned the company industry recognition, including accolades from Forbes Cloud 100 and Inc.'s Best Places to Work.
