TGT Global strengthens leadership with Thaddeus Susara appointment

TGT Global highlights its continued emphasis on IT vendor partnerships with Susara appointed to a leadership role.

TGT Global announces the promotion of Thaddeus Susara to Vice President of Channel & Strategic Partnerships, helping demonstrate the company's dedication to fostering growth through IT vendor and partner collaborations. Susara, a figure in TGT's evolution since 2022, initially led as Vice President of Business Development for North America. His efforts helped expand the company's presence and enhance client relations in the region.

Subsequently advancing to the role of Vice President of Global Sales, Susara aims to unify the company's sales strategy across markets, allowing for sustained growth. As TGT Global enters a new branding era, the company is focused on establishing long-term relationships within the tech ecosystem. Susara's cross-regional experience and understanding of partnership-led growth render him a suitable leader for this new chapter.

Historically emphasising support for Managed Services Providers, TGT Global is now looking to diversify its focus to include more collaborative efforts with IT vendors. In his new role, Thaddeus will work directly with IT vendors to:

  • Showcase the benefits of offshoring operational roles as part of the company's strategic growth initiatives.
  • Foster strategic partnerships and sponsorships through TGT events.
  • Work alongside vendors to provide educational resources, thought leadership, and enablement sessions emphasising the advantages of offshoring.

As Vice President of Channel & Strategic Partnerships, Thaddeus will lead the growth and engagement of TGT's channel partner program across North America, whilst also aiming to broaden the company's global IT vendor partnerships.

Moving forward, Peter Bell, CEO of TGT Global, expressed confidence in Thaddeus’s leadership capabilities, believing that his appointment will help fortify the company's partner ecosystem and provide value to IT vendors worldwide.
