Northamber appoints Darren Spence as Group Managing Director to lead its distribution and partner operations.

Northamber, a UK-based IT distributor, has taken a stride in its strategy by appointing Darren Spence as the new Group Managing Director. This appointment is intended to support Northamber’s distribution operations and maintain its relationships with resellers and employees.

With over 40 years in operation, Northamber is one of the UK’s IT distributors, known for its channel relationships. Under Darren Spence, the company aims to build on this legacy while continuing its development.

Darren, whose career spans more than 27 years in the IT channel, brings experience from senior leadership positions. His expertise covers a range of sectors, including reseller services, burgeoning technologies, and consultancy within the realm of distribution.

Before joining Northamber, Darren held the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Smartbox.ai. His portfolio also includes roles as Managing Director of Bytes Document Solutions and founder of Boost Technology Group. He has played an advisory role in supporting channel organisations in strategic sales and go-to-market approaches across the nation.
