Greg Jones from Kaseya launches book for MSP Success

Greg Jones' new book, tailored for managed service providers, combines insights and raises funds for Alder Hey Children's Charity.

Kaseya's Senior Vice President of MSP Success, Greg Jones, has published a new book aimed at supporting managed service providers (MSPs). Released on 18 February 2026, the publication combines business strategies with a charitable initiative.

The Best of 1 Minute Wednesday, based on Jones’ podcast, compiles insights from his career. Focusing on leadership, mindset, and sustainable practices, the book provides guidance for both emerging and established MSPs.

The book includes contributions from approximately 100 MSP leaders worldwide, along with perspectives from other industry figures. Jones, previously an MSP founder, shares 50 of his own insights while incorporating advice from the broader MSP community. The aim is to present years of industry experience in a single resource.

Author proceeds from the book will be donated to Alder Hey Children’s Charity. Jones, who serves as a Business Ambassador for the charity, has covered production costs so that proceeds can support the organisation.

Pre-release feedback notes the book’s focus on practical strategies and personal experiences from Jones’ professional journey. Early reviews include multiple five-star ratings from readers.

The book emphasises community and innovation and is intended to provide MSPs with strategies to improve their services while supporting a charitable initiative.

Kaseya reveals insights into the shifting MSP sector, spotlighting AI as pivotal amidst rising competition and economic pressures.
