Kubus updates its Senior Leadership Team to support growth plans over the next five years, with a focus on global delivery and operational performance.

Kubus has introduced its expanded Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to support the company’s five-year strategic plan, focusing on global operations, systems integration, and operational efficiency.

The leadership team includes:

  • Jeremy Keefe, Chief Executive Officer
  • Paul Brennan, Chairman
  • James Orton, Chief Financial Officer
  • Katie Hunt, Marketing Director
  • Andy Brown, Chief Revenue Officer
  • Liv Duncan, Head of Human Resources
  • Nick Westall, Chief Operating Officer
  • Paul Bonner, Field Chief Technical Officer
  • Jordan Selby, Finance Director

Jeremy Keefe, CEO, leads the team in supporting Kubus’s objective of simplifying complex technical solutions while maintaining customer focus. Katie Hunt has been appointed Marketing Director to strengthen the company’s market activities.

James Orton joins as CFO, reuniting with Keefe, bringing continuity and experience to support strategic goals and investment plans.

The "Solutions" unit, managed by COO Nick Westall, coordinates technical development, marketing, and global delivery to ensure services meet customer requirements efficiently.

As Kubus expands into sectors such as data centres and public sector organisations, the company continues to integrate cybersecurity expertise into its networking solutions. CRO Andy Brown emphasises the growing connection between networking and cybersecurity in today’s technology landscape.

With the support of Field CTO Paul Bonner, HR lead Liv Duncan, board oversight from Paul Brennan, and financial management by Jordan Selby, the expanded SLT is positioned to address upcoming strategic and operational challenges.
