Flotek Group expands reach with FlexiNet acquisition

Flotek Group broadens its regional presence by acquiring FlexiNet, aiming to enhance managed service offerings in Southern England.

Flotek Group, a UK technology partner providing IT, cyber security, and communications solutions, has acquired Hampshire-based FlexiNet.

The acquisition strengthens Flotek’s presence across the South of England, creating a closer connection with FlexiNet’s existing partner network and extending managed service offerings across Hampshire and into London.

As part of the integration, FlexiNet will rebrand under the Flotek Group while maintaining its Andover office as a regional base. This marks Flotek’s fifteenth acquisition since its founding in 2022, with full integration expected within the next three months.

The acquisition builds on FlexiNet’s communications capabilities, enabling partners to consolidate telecoms, IT, and cyber security services under a single provider, supporting service continuity, resilience, and day-to-day operations.

Integration will follow a phased approach to limit disruption for partners. Key members of the FlexiNet leadership team, including Craig Barker as a senior partner-facing Account Director and Ryan Mariner as Senior Delivery Comms Engineer, will remain in place. Anne-Marie Mariner will oversee the integration process, helping ensure continuity for partners and staff.

FlexiNet has been working closely with Flotek since receiving investment from the group in January 2023, already providing the Flotek suite of products to its clients.
