Kaseya launches Agentic IT management platform

Kaseya has introduced an autonomous IT management system that uses AI and unified data to support IT operations and security management.

Kaseya, known for its AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity solutions, has launched a platform described as an agentic IT management system, powered by Kaseya Intelligence. The platform combines data with an execution layer designed to manage IT tasks autonomously, with the aim of improving operational efficiency.

Unlike tools that provide insights requiring human action, the platform is designed to autonomously triage tickets, manage threats, verify backups, and optimise workflows without manual intervention. It uses a unified data approach across endpoints, help desks, security operations, and backup infrastructure within a single platform.

Kaseya Intelligence is positioned as the core of the platform and is trained on large-scale operational data, including over one billion help desk tickets and data from millions of managed endpoints. The system is designed to execute actions, validate results, and learn from outcomes, rather than only providing recommendations.

The platform was highlighted through three releases announced at Kaseya Connect Global:
  • Agentic Digital Specialists: A service delivery layer supported by Kaseya Intelligence, featuring AI-powered Digital Specialists that manage IT operations such as ticket triage, including categorising and routing tickets to support resolution.
  • Unified Cyber Resilience: A system that brings together on-premises, SaaS, endpoint, and cloud data into a single portal. It includes features such as AI-driven screenshot verification and is designed to support compliance requirements including FIPS and FedRAMP.
  • Kaseya SIEM: A security information and event management system that connects multiple data sources to support security operations. It includes cross-surface correlation to monitor attack environments and enable automated responses to threats, while supporting compliance and log retention requirements.
The initiatives are presented as part of Kaseya’s broader approach to integrating Kaseya Intelligence into IT and cybersecurity operations.
