Veeam Software has been named a Customers’ Choice in the 2026 Gartner Peer Insights for Backup and Data Protection Platforms. The company provides data protection capabilities designed to help organisations keep enterprise data secure and accessible across hybrid, multi-cloud, and SaaS environments.

Veeam reports a customer rating of 4.8 out of 5 based on 124 reviews as of the end of 2025, with 98% of customers indicating they would recommend its solutions. Of these reviews, 73% awarded Veeam five stars.

The recognition in the 2026 Gartner Peer Insights reflects Veeam’s ongoing development of its data protection platform. The company focuses on combining data resilience, security, and AI governance within its product strategy.

Recent developments, including the acquisition of Securiti AI and the introduction of Agent Commander, are intended to enhance capabilities for detecting AI risk, protecting AI systems, and addressing AI-driven errors.
